Classes are an hour long and we start each one with a group lead warm-up including mobility. We have classes multiple times every day to fit into your schedule. Strength and skill work follow the warm-up and are preceded by a detailed explanation. Our third component of the hour is the workout, where after instruction we have a 3-2-1 GO! and all the athletes start together.
We may not all finish together, but you can be sure that we’ll cheer each other on until the last person finishes. Workouts are different each day and programmed to build strength over time. We put great detail and thought into our programming so that you can achieve the results you want. Tell us your goals and we’ll put you on the path to make them happen!

PERSONAL TRAINING TIMES (Monday – Friday):
8am, 9am, 4pm, 5pm, and 7:30pm
These workouts are designed to keep your body using its energy (fat) reserves to complete quick burst movements with a short recovery period between exercises. This method is scientifically proven to kick start your metabolism and keep it elevated for hours after your workout is done.
